Quality repair and restoration of older structures is a difficult and unpredictable process. Significant structural damage not apparent during the initial site evaluation may show up later in the process of repair. This makes accurate estimating difficult; therefore, all work is done on a “time and materials” basis. During the initial evaluation I will provide a rough estimate of the job cost.
Barn Evaluations (verbal, one hour, this is where I answer ALL your questions, call to schedule)
Complete Repair and Restoration (no finish roofing)
We work a four-day week, Monday–Thursday.
